Something you may not know about me, but I am a buffalo chicken dip connoisseur. My taste buds were scientifically engineered specifically for the purpose of devouring buffalo chicken dip. I am always on the lookout for the creamiest, meltiest, perfect combo of spice and flavor, a mixture of God’s goodness.
Because I am a self-proclaimed certified expert in the finer things in life, on no other authority other than my own I would like to officially announce the creator of the best buffalo chicken dip in Macon County.
First and foremost, this recognition is for dip that can be purchased by the masses, because let’s make one thing clear, there isn’t a chicken dip on the planet that can hold a candle to my mother-in law’s.
And the winner goes to…
Motor Company Grill.
I first fell in love with Motor Company Grill’s buffalo chicken the dip the day I went into labor and delivered Kyler. It was my last meal, and thankfully it didn’t disappoint. It isn’t a regular menu item (despite my relentless begging) so whenever it is the special for the day, I go out of my way to make a trip to Main Street just to indulge in my favorite treat.
Yesterday just so happened to be a lucky day and their glorious dip was back! What makes their dip the top of my list?
- Motor Company Grill’s buffalo chicken dip has luscious junks of chicken. REAL chicken. It isn’t some canned slices of chicken that gets lost in the dip. It’s the main character.
- The flavor of the dip isn’t overwhelming or too spicy. There is a perfect combination of kick and spice.
- It is SO creamy. When you dip a chip into it, it doesn’t just break and get lost. It is served warm, which is a must and melts in your mouth.
- You can’t just have good dip, but WHAT you offer to dip with it matters. And for Motor Company, it’s the delicious thin salted tortilla chips.
The buffalo chicken dip is just one of the many things I love about Motor Company Grill. From their dog-friendly patio, old fashioned soda fountain, and their willingness to always give me a bowl of pickles, they are always one of my go-to places!
I am on the hunt for the best buffalo chicken dip in each county, so if you have a place I should try, let me know!
