September 9, Highlands Historical Society presents their 13th Annual Dazzling Dahlia Festival. Hosting a floral vignette design competition, a single bloom competition, bluegrass music, storytelling, and more; all free of charge. Be dazzled as endless stunning dahlias and native florals are presented as vignettes throughout Highlands. This year’s theme is “Seasons of Highlands.” The winner of “Best in Show” will win $500. All winners will be announced at Saturday’s concert in the park which will feature the band, Steel Toe Stiletto.
