Ladies Unarmed Self Defense Class

Free Class offered to ladies in the community. A realistic hands-on approach to unarmed defense. Topics to include defense in the home, on the street, environmental weapons, and situational awareness (seeing danger before it sees you). This will be a physical class teaching techniques from standing and grounded positions, emphasizing the ability to escape and survive a violent encounter. For more information contact Lt. Mark Gerrells at (706)982-4237. You must come to the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office to complete a simple application to register for the class. Applications will not be accepted over the phone.
