Please plan on joining us at the Highlands Community Building at Noon on Saturday, December 17th for our annual Wreaths Across America wreath laying ceremony. Then shuttle buses will take you to the Highlands Cemetery to help place wreath’s on Veterans graves. Shuttles will run until 2pm between the Community Building and the Cemetery.
