A Grand Jury in Macon County Superior Court met this week and handed down an indictment of voluntary manslaughter for Ashton Stiwinter, 23, of Franklin, for the death of Nathan Humphries.
Ashton Stiwinter was subsequently arrested and booked into the Macon County Detention Center on a bond of $150,000 following the indictment.
